Our space is equipped with power racks, platforms, high quality barbells, dumbbells and more.

We offer 1-on-1 personal training so that you can get the attention

you need from an experienced coach. 

​

Every rep, set, and workout will be under the watchful eye of one of our strength coaches.

​

This option is best for people who really value their training progress, and are completely

focused on getting as strong as they can.​​

  • 60 min 1-on-1 session

  • 60 min semi-private session
