Small Group Training

A more affordable option if you are interested in our strength training services.

 

Each class is capped at 6 participants to ensure that you still receive a high level of individualized coaching.  

You'll still receive individualized coaching and programming, while in a group setting.

This option is best for those who thrive in a social training environment.
